Kosimetik Self+Care will never send you an email or phone you to ask you to reveal or verify your Kosimetik Self+Care account password, or your bank account or credit card numbers, or any other personal information. In the event that someone contacts you or receives an unsolicited email requesting any of the above information, do not respond and immediately notify Kosimetik Self+Care so that we can proceed to investigate the incident.
HOW TO IDENTIFY FALSE EMAILS?
Ignore any email you receive in which you are asked for personal information or that redirects you to another web page that is not kosimetikselfcare.com or in which you are asked to pay outside of koseimetikselfcare.com or the payment gateway of Banco Sabadell , as it could be an attempt to impersonate (‘spoofing’ or ‘phishing’), and you should consider it fraudulent.
Some phishing emails contain links to websites that use the word “kosimetikselfcare” in their URL, but will direct you to a completely different website. If you hover your mouse over the link, you will see the associated URL, which will likely be in a different format than the ones linked on authentic Kosimetik Self+Care websites. If you still click on a phishing email and are redirected to a page that looks like “Your Profile” or anyone asking you to verify or change your personal information, ignore it and consider it fraudulent.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE FACED WITH AN ATTEMPT OF PHISHING?
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and attach the email that you consider to be false. By attaching this fraudulent email to us, you are helping us locate its origin. If you can’t attach the fake email, please forward it to email@example.com and include as much information about it as possible
